Due to supplier availability and inventory fluctuations, we may occasionally substitute small components such as:

If a substitution is necessary, the replacement will be as close as reasonably possible in style, color, size, and quality to the original component. C. Chain Length & Custom Requests

Most of our necklaces are designed to be worn at approximately 16–18 inches in length. Depending on current stock, your chain may measure 16 inches or 18 inches.

• A shorter chain

• A longer chain

• Chains longer than 22 inches may require an additional surcharge.

D. Material Disclaimer (Gold & Silver Terminology)

BEN.T Jewelry & Gifts is a costume jewelry retailer. Any reference to Gold, Silver, Golden, Silvery, Rose Gold, or Metallic refers strictly to the color and finish, not to precious metal content. Our jewelry is not solid gold or solid silver unless explicitly stated otherwise in the product description or image.
 

Only items clearly marked with specifications should be understood to contain those materials. Such as: “925 Silver”, “Sterling Silver”, “18K Gold”, “Gold Plated”, or similar explicit metal content descriptions

3. Returns & Refund Policy

At BEN.T Jewelry & Gifts, we want you to love your purchase. As a costume jewelry retailer, we ask that you review our return policy carefully before purchasing.

A. Return Window

Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

Requests made after 14 days will not be accepted.
 

B. Return Conditions

To be eligible for return:

• Items must be unused and unworn

• Items must be in original condition

• Items must be returned in original packaging
   

Returns showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.
 

C. Return Shipping & Fees

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

• Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

• A 25% restocking fee will be deducted from all approved refunds.
   

We recommend using a trackable shipping method. BEN.T Jewelry & Gifts is not responsible for lost return shipments.
 

D. Defective Items

If you believe your item is defective, you must contact us within 14 days of delivery with clear photos and a description of the issue.
 

Important:

• It is solely at the discretion of BEN.T Jewelry & Gifts to determine whether an item qualifies as defective.

• Minor variations, color fading, tarnishing, normal wear, and cosmetic aging are not considered defects.

• Costume jewelry has a limited lifespan depending on wear, exposure to moisture, skin chemistry, and environmental conditions.
   

If we determine an item is defective:

• We will replace it with the same item when available.

• If unavailable, we may replace it with a similar item of similar value at our discretion.

• Shipping costs for replacement items are the responsibility of the customer.
   

Refunds will not be issued for defective items unless a suitable replacement is unavailable and we determine a refund is appropriate.
 

E. Wear & Tear Disclaimer

BEN.T Jewelry & Gifts sells costume jewelry. Over time, exposure to:

• Approved refunds (less 25% restocking fee and original shipping) will be processed to your original payment method.
